Frozen 2010
« on: September 01, 2016, 05:27:38 am »

"As a winter storm approaches, three people become stranded on a chairlift high above the ground after a ski resort closes for the night."

I haven't seen this one. I watched first 10 mins and it seemed to be lame but it's an Indy produced film so I thought I would share it. I would like to see more Indy films, they seem to be better except this one might not be.

Well, it got 3-4 stars by some.  Here are two of the more positive reviews:

"Adam Green's taut, toe-curling survival thriller is better than it should be: the concept and the characters' behaviour are mostly plausible, the script is dark and funny, the acting is adequate, and the wildlife scenes are convincing."

"Suspenseful, intense, heartwrenching, nail-biting, and just quite simply amazing. The performances and direction were brilliant. The script and dialogue could've been better but I loved what came out of this film."

I think it's worth a shot.

I'll give a look see this weekend. The first ten minutes seemed old and out dated cliches in it. I really didn't grasp the relationship between the three people but then I only spent 10 mins on it. I heard it was a good survival film so I thought I'll put it up and watch it.

I hope it's decent.  If not, there's always another one.

I might keep this one on a day I'm just too lazy to look for something to watch but want to watch something. I've gotten the mini series bug...lol.

It's always good to have a few of those emergency flicks in your back pocket.

I am down to looking through the free on demand movies. Mostly crap.

I gave a notebook I bought to my daughter when I went to visit her in June.  I won't watch a movie on my phone and I can't find my Roku remote control. I don't recall where I put it. *groan*

You can watch a lot of movies on YT and Dailymotion as well. DM has Ads but not like the ones on Putlocker.

Not on my phone, thank you.

If I had the Roku remote control, I'd be able to watch on the TV.  😡
